Product Introduction Honeycomb activated carbon is a porous adsorbent material made from high-quality activated carbon powder as the raw material. After adding a binder, it undergoes processes such as extrusion molding and high-temperature activation. It has a regular honeycomb shape, is black in appearance, and possesses a large number of evenly distributed pore structures.

Specific Parameters
Iodine Value: Generally ranging from 400 to 800mg/g. The higher the iodine value, the stronger the adsorption capacity.
Compressive Strength: Greater than 0.8MPa, capable of withstanding certain pressures and air flow impacts.
Specification Sizes: Such as 50×50×100mm, 100×100×100mm, etc., and can be customized.
Pore Density: Commonly 100 pores per square inch or 150 pores per square inch.
Specific Surface Area: Up to 700 - 1500 square meters per gram.
Applications
Industrial Waste Gas Treatment: Effectively adsorbs harmful components such as benzene series compounds and VOCs in waste gases from industries like chemical engineering, painting, and printing.
Air Purification: Removes formaldehyde, benzene, and odors indoors to improve air quality.
Solvent Recovery: Recovers volatile organic solvents in industries such as chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals.
Advantages
High Adsorption Efficiency: The honeycomb structure increases the contact area, resulting in a fast adsorption rate and large adsorption capacity.
Low Air Resistance: Gas can pass through smoothly, with low energy consumption and stable equipment operation.
Good Strength: Not easy to break, has a long service life, and reduces replacement costs.
Easy Installation: Can be flexibly combined and installed in different equipment.
Characteristics
Physical Characteristics: Has well-developed and uniform pores, diverse pore sizes, and is lightweight.
Chemical Characteristics: Chemically stable and does not react with adsorbates to cause secondary pollution.
Production Process
The raw material activated carbon powder is screened and pretreated, then mixed with a binder and extruded into a honeycomb-shaped blank. High-temperature activation is carried out to develop the pores. After cooling, inspection, packaging, and other processes, the finished product is obtained.
